Why have you changed your packaging?
Our new tubs are designed to keep your Natural Instinct recipes protected from dispatch through to defrost. They’re fully sealed, more durable and reduce moisture loss, while using less plastic than our previous trays.
What’s different about the new tubs?
The new tubs are fully sealed, which helps protect the food in transit and keeps it in better condition as it defrosts. They’re also sturdier than our previous trays and use less plastic overall.
Do the new tubs have lids?
The tubs arrive fully sealed for freshness, but they don’t come with a lid. To help you keep an opened tub covered, we’ve introduced reusable lids. One free reusable lid will be added automatically to your first qualifying raw food order.
When will the reusable lids be available?

How do I get a reusable lid?
One free reusable lid will be added automatically to your first qualifying raw food order, so there’s nothing you need to do.
I’m an existing customer. Will I get a free lid?
Yes. If you haven’t already received your free reusable lid, one free lid will be added to your next qualifying raw food order.
Can I get more than one free lid?
The free reusable lid offer is limited to one per customer and can only be redeemed on one order.
Are the outer cardboard box and the sleeves recyclable?
Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled materials and can be easily recycled or reused and so can the sleeves. The printing company we use for our cardboard sleeves are one of only a handful of Carbon Balanced Publication Printers in the Country.
